Damaged or Defective Items:
Please reach out to customer support at contact@zag-store.com to report any damaged or defective items immediately upon delivery. It is important to submit a photo of the damage and the shipping package it arrived in for approval to receive a replacement. Any damages that take place outside of delivery can be exchanged within 15 days of receiving the order by emailing customer support.

All Gift Cards are electronic ecards and sent to the recipient by email. Gift Cards have no expiration date
