- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide except to certain countries listed in our Terms of Service.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Free shipping in the USA from $85 in products; otherwise $9.95.
- International shipping fees vary based on weight and destination (see Terms of Service).
- Customs & Taxes
- USA: sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Other countries: customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Preorders
- Preorders are charged at the time of order.
- Dates displayed on product pages are estimates only and may change.
- Collector Items & Variations
- Some products are limited edition; this is indicated on the product page.
- Figurines are hand-painted, so small variations between products are normal and not defects.
- Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or modified only if they have not yet been prepared or shipped.
- Once processing begins, the order is final.
- No Returns – No Refunds
- Due to the collector nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except for damaged or defective products notified within 7 days of receipt, and only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

- Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos and order number, to contact@zag-store.com.
- We may offer a replacement (if available) or a store credit/voucher.
